We are specialised in the production of paper bags, shopping bag, gift bag, organza bags, satin bags, greeting cards, paper boxes, wrapping paper and especially focused on monochrome solid paper bags, Kraft paper bags, special paper bronzing Kraft paper bags.

We concentrate on OEM custom-made orders, design, sampling, production, product inspection, export of an entire set of service.

Introduction to the material technology

Paper: Coated paper from 100 to 180 grams, copper card from 200 to 300 grams, white cards from 190 to 300 grams.

White Kraft paper and Primary brown Kraft paper from 70 to 250 grams.

Stone paper bag from 100 to 300 grams.

Special paper from 200 to 300 grams.

Handbag handles: Knotted handles, ribbon handles, adhesive paper handles etc.

Lining paper: Grey or white cardboards from 300 to 400 grams.

Printing process: Offset, gravure, screen printing, bronzing, hot silver and colour, embossing, UV, graining, glossy, matt etc.

Design proofing process

We are able to modify the file as customer request and provide confirmation of the rendering until customer is satisfied.

Sample production time: From 3 to 10 days.

After the order is placed, the samples fees can be deducted from the order value.

How do we guarantee the quality?

We carefully measure and filter the highest quality materials. We have stable and reliable raw materials supplier for more than 10 years. We perform strict quality control inspection on each phase of the production process so that every single bag is quality approved. Our Staff check and inspect each bag one by one. We have a fast and efficient communication with all our customers.

What is the difference between our bags and ordinary bags on the market?

1. Guaranteed use of heavy paper, if we state for example that the thickness of the paper used is 128 grams, that means we did not use 110 or 120 grams, but just 128 grams. If we use 157 grams it will never be 140 or 150 grams, we will always tell you the truth and provide you with the exact thickness of the material previously agreed with you.

2. If there is no special requirement, we keep on using 1.5 silk matte film and 1.2 silk glossy film. The market generally uses 1.2 silk matte film and 1.0 silk glossy film.

3. As for the lining of each bag, we use 350 grams of high quality paper card, the market uses 250 grams to 300 grams thickness.

4. Special custom plastic bags and cartons, our cost is about 20% higher than the market.

5. Stable and experienced bag making staff, less defective products, stable quality.
